DVR Rental
Can be provided if available; customer pays $125 per week plus shipping (invoiced at cost of new unit and credit memo issued upon receipt).

DVR Repair
The Big Dog Surveillance system warranty covers the DVR recorder for 1 year. Repairs performed after warranty expiration will incur a charge of $100/hr. plus parts.
