If you are sending in equipment for repair, include (inside box) your store name, address, phone #, national store or unit #, contact person, and note explaining problem,

REPAIR CUSTOMERS:
Same day service on overnight packages received by 12:00 p.m. Central Time
Ground packages processed within 24 hours of receipt. NOTE: If you request a pick-up, UPS will charge you for coming to your store. Give package to UPS driver visiting on site, or take to an authorized UPS outlet.
