I have a communicator I need repaired. How do I send it in? Should I just write your address on it and send it?

1. Place your equipment in a box with proper packaging to prevent damage.
2. Write a brief note regarding problems with the unit. For example: "I can hear their orders, but they cannot hear me."
3. Request shipping labels online at www.rftechno.com or by calling 618-377-2654 to receive labels by fax or email.
4. Apply the shipping label.
5. Hand your package to your regular UPS driver or drop it off at any UPS drop box or store location.
